Zumba fromRye is a physical fitness programme and dance school dedicated to bringing the joy of Zumba to the UK. We offer a variety of classes and activities to suit all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds to get the most out of their Zumba experience. We are based in Moulton, Northampton and Larkfield, ME20 6PU, and we also have a satellite location in Rye, TN31 7LE.

Our Classes

At Zumba fromRye, we offer a wide range of classes for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Zumba enthusiast, we have something for everyone. Our classes include Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids, and Zumba Step. We also offer special classes for seniors, pregnant women, and those recovering from injury or illness.

Our Facilities

We offer a range of facilities to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience. Our main locations in Moulton, Northampton and Larkfield, ME20 6PU, are equipped with air-conditioned studios, changing rooms, and showers. Our satellite location in Rye, TN31 7LE, is also fully equipped with air-conditioned studios and changing rooms.
