XLR8 Dance & Wellbeing

XLR8 Dance & Wellbeing is a dance school and wellbeing centre located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Founded in 2020, our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all levels of dancers, from beginners to experts, to learn, grow and excel in their craft. We offer a variety of dance classes, from ballroom and Latin to contemporary and street dance, as well as wellbeing classes such as yoga and Pilates.

Our History

XLR8 Dance & Wellbeing was founded by two passionate dancers, Alex and Rachael, who wanted to create a space for people to come together and express themselves through dance. After years of teaching and competing in dance competitions, they decided to open their own dance school.

Since then, XLR8 Dance & Wellbeing has grown into a thriving and supportive community of dancers and wellness enthusiasts. We have become a hub for learning, growth and creativity, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Our Classes

XLR8 Dance & Wellbeing offers a wide range of classes for all levels of dancers. Our dance classes include ballroom and Latin, contemporary and street dance. We also offer wellbeing classes such as yoga, Pilates and meditation.

We have experienced and qualified instructors who are passionate about teaching and inspiring our students to reach their potential. Our classes are designed to provide an enjoyable and challenging experience for all levels of dancers.

Our Facilities

XLR8 Dance & Wellbeing has a large, spacious facility located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Our facility includes two large dance studios, a lounge area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a reception area. We also have changing rooms and showers for our students.

We offer a variety of amenities to make our students’ experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our facility is equipped with air conditioning, a sound system and a range of other features.
