Welcome to Woodcock Theatre Arts

Woodcock Theatre Arts is a dance school based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. We are dedicated to providing exceptional quality and professional tuition in a wide range of dance styles, from ballroom and Latin to hip-hop and contemporary. Our aim is to provide an enjoyable learning experience for all our students, from beginners to advanced.

Our History

Woodcock Theatre Arts was established in 2004 by Richard and Sarah Woodcock. With a combined experience of over 40 years in the performing arts, Richard and Sarah have created a unique and inspiring learning environment.

We have grown from a small local school to a thriving centre of dance excellence, offering classes to students of all ages and abilities. Our classes are taught by experienced and qualified teachers, and we have a team of dedicated support staff to ensure that our students receive the best possible tuition.

Our Philosophy

At Woodcock Theatre Arts, we believe that everyone should have access to high quality dance tuition. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where our students can develop their skills, explore their creativity and build their confidence.

Our classes are tailored to the individual needs of each student, and our teachers are committed to helping our students reach their full potential. We also offer a range of performance opportunities, from local shows to international competitions.

Our Classes

We offer a wide range of classes in a variety of dance styles. Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced.

Our ballroom and Latin classes are designed to help our students develop their technique and improve their performance. We also offer classes in hip-hop, contemporary and street dance, as well as a range of dance fitness classes.

Our Facilities

Our studio is fully equipped with the latest sound and lighting equipment, and our spacious dance floor is perfect for practising and performing. We also have a comfortable viewing area and a café for our students and visitors.
