Welcome to Twirl and Tone Pole Dance Academy, the premier pole dance studio in Glasgow. We offer a variety of pole dancing classes for all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced dancers. Beginners Classes

Our beginners classes are designed for those who are just starting out in pole dancing. Our instructors will teach the basics of pole dancing, from proper form and technique to spins and tricks. Our beginners classes are designed to help students build a strong foundation of pole dancing knowledge and skills.

Intermediate Classes

Our intermediate classes are designed for those who have a basic understanding of pole dancing and are looking to take their skills to the next level. Our instructors will teach more advanced moves and techniques, as well as help students develop their own style.

Advanced Classes

Our advanced classes are designed for those who have a strong understanding of pole dancing and are looking to take their skills to the highest level. Our instructors will teach the most difficult moves and techniques, as well as help students refine their own style.
