Classes are designed for toddlers and pre-school children, introducing ballet through play, story and imaginative themes. Each term brings new elements, so the sessions stay lively and hold young attention. Children learn simple movement and coordination in a group, with no partner and no pressure. Parents note how much their children's confidence grows, making these dance classes in Haverfordwest a happy weekly ritual.
Dress your child in comfortable clothing they can move about in freely, with soft shoes or bare feet as advised. Arriving a little early helps a young dancer settle before the fun begins. The relaxed, playful format is designed to put first-timers at ease.

My four year old daughter Evie has been attending Tiny Toes Ballet class with Miss Sonia for a year and a half and it’s her favourite part of the week. So much so that I had to start bringing my 15 month old daughter as soon as she turned 6 months and it’s now her favourite time of the week as well! Miss Sonia is kind and patient and makes time for every one there. It has brought my shy four year old out of her shell and she even performed in the Gruffalo show last summer which she would have never done before joining! Also it has developed my 15 month olds learning so much and she has learned— Alex Brace
My daughter is 2 and a half and absolutely loves Tiny Toes Ballet. She gets more and more confident every week and looks forward to all the different elements brought in to keep the classes and the terms fresh.
There is no pressure just fun. Miss Sonia is amazing, she remembers all the childrens names quicker than i can remember my own family members and is so attentative to giving the children individual praise.
I have to say it also makes my heart burst watching my little girl when she really gets into the dancing and twirling and i wouldnt be seeing that without Tiny Toes to encourage it!

Darcie started her ballet journey with Miss.Sonia in March, in such a short space of time it’s amazing at how much her confidence has dramatically increased. The different themes each term are fantastic and very exciting, and it’s lovely to see the children get really involved. Darcie can’t wait to start back this term and has been practising all summer. We can’t wait to see what our future lessons hold and the progress darcie will continue to make.
Thank you Miss.Sonia for all of your hard work , dedication, passion & love you put into all of your lessons and give your tiny little ballet danc— Kim Ferguson
My little girl loved Tiny Toes ballet. She had so much fun at each session. Miss Rose was so welcoming and friendly.
The children really enjoy it and there are different activities during each sessions to keep the children entertained (adults also :)) I found it so helpful being held on a Saturday too, as most child/parent classes are during the week when I work, so was never able to attend.
Wewill definitely be coming again in the future. Thank you.— Sarah Jauch
Yes, these classes are group-based and need no partner. Young children learn simple movements alongside others in the room. It is a natural way for little ones to start dancing.
For toddlers, comfortable clothing that allows free movement is all that is needed, with soft shoes or bare feet. Anything too stiff can get in the way of play. The class leader can advise if anything specific helps.
Fees depend on the session length and booking arrangement. Tiny Toes can share its current rates when you enquire. A first session often helps parents decide.
For very young children, playful ballet and movement classes are an ideal introduction. They build coordination and confidence through fun. Tiny Toes is built entirely around this gentle first step.
Adults tend to begin with styles that build coordination gradually, such as ballroom, salsa or an adult ballet class. Each offers a friendly starting point. This particular class, though, is designed for toddlers rather than adults.
Gentle dancing can be light exercise, but anyone with a heart condition should consult their doctor first. Medical advice should always come before starting new activity. The class cannot offer health guidance.
