About Us

Theatretrain Letchworth is a professional dance school based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. We are part of the UK-wide Theatretrain network of schools, which are dedicated to providing high-quality performing arts training to children and young people.

At Theatretrain Letchworth, we offer a wide range of classes in dance, drama and singing, for children aged 3-18 years. Our classes are taught by highly experienced and qualified teachers who are passionate about what they do. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to explore the performing arts, and our classes are designed to help children to develop their skills in an enjoyable and creative way.

We also offer a range of performance opportunities throughout the year, including our annual show at the end of the school year. Our shows are a great way for our students to showcase their talents and build their confidence.

Our Classes

At Theatretrain Letchworth, we offer a wide range of classes for children aged 3-18 years. Our classes are divided into three main categories:

Dance Classes

Our dance classes are designed to help children to develop their skills in a range of different styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and street dance. Our classes are taught by experienced and qualified teachers who are passionate about what they do.

Drama Classes

Our drama classes are designed to help children to develop their confidence and communication skills, as well as their performance skills. Our classes are taught by experienced and qualified teachers who are passionate about what they do.

Singing Classes

Our singing classes are designed to help children to develop their vocal technique and performance skills. Our classes are taught by experienced and qualified teachers who are passionate about what they do.

Our Facilities

At Theatretrain Letchworth, we have a range of facilities to ensure that our students have the best possible experience. Our facilities include:

Fully Equipped Studios

We have two fully equipped studios which are perfect for our classes. Our studios are equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, barres and sound systems.

Dressing Rooms

We have two changing rooms which are perfect for our students to get ready for their classes.

Café

We have a café which serves hot and cold drinks, snacks and light meals. The café is a great place for our students and their families to relax before and after classes.
