The Theatre Emporium ~ School of Performing Arts, based in Ipswich, is a leading provider of dance and performing arts education in the UK. Established in 2007, we offer a wide range of courses and classes to suit all ages and abilities.

Our team of experienced and dedicated teachers are passionate about dance and the performing arts, and strive to provide our students with the highest quality of tuition. We offer classes in ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, street dance, musical theatre, drama, singing, and improvisation.

At The Theatre Emporium, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy and beauty of the performing arts. Our classes are designed to develop a student’s physical and artistic skills, as well as their confidence and self-expression.

Our Facilities

The Theatre Emporium is located in the heart of Ipswich, in a purpose-built facility. Our spacious and air-conditioned studios are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment, and offer a comfortable and inspiring learning environment.

We also have a fully-stocked costume room, and a music library with a wide selection of musical scores.

Our Classes

At The Theatre Emporium, we offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to be fun and engaging, and our experienced and qualified teachers provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

We offer classes for children aged 3 and up, as well as adults. We also offer private tuition and group classes, and our classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
