About Us

The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Taunton was founded in 2010 and is now one of the most popular and successful dance schools in the region. Our mission is to provide a safe and friendly environment for children and young people to learn and develop their skills in the performing arts. We offer a range of courses including ballet, tap, contemporary, jazz, street, musical theatre and drama. Our classes are taught by experienced and qualified teachers, and we provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for our students to grow and develop their skills.

Classes

The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Taunton offers a range of classes for children and young people aged 3-18. Our classes are tailored to suit all levels of ability, from beginners to advanced. We also offer classes for adults who are looking to learn or improve their skills in the performing arts. Our classes are held at Bishop Fox’s Community School in Monkton Heathfield, Taunton, and we also offer workshops and masterclasses throughout the year.

Performances

At The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Taunton, we believe in giving our students the opportunity to perform and showcase their talents. We host a variety of performances throughout the year, including our annual end of year show. We also offer our students the opportunity to perform in professional venues, giving them the chance to experience performing in a professional setting.
