Lemon frog Dance school
I joined lemon frog 10 months ago and having never danced before, I was a little nervous, however I have become a little addicted and go most evenings. The variety of different dance styles that are offered is phenomenal, as well as workshops and party’s.The school is run by a great trio team of teachers that support you from the early stages. If you are looking for a dance school, either simply to have fun or take it to the next level this one can't be beat.

Booked this hidden gem for my friends 40th birthday and it was perfect. A lovely large marquee dance area and another separate area with a drinks bar. Kevan was so helpful and accommodating before and during the event. I would throughly recommend and the price is reasonable.— Marie Anne Chattaway
We hired Lemon Frog on Saturday for a birthday party and disco. We had the best experience my son said it was the best party he's ever had. Fabulous venue, great communication, well stocked drinks bar…… We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.— lisa wensley
Salsa is easier to start than many fear, as the basic step is simple and repetitive. Timing and turns take longer to master, but a few weeks of regular practice gets beginners moving.
Yes, salsa classes are built for complete beginners, and many dancers arrive having never danced before. Teachers assume no experience and add moves once the basic rhythm feels natural.
Yes, plenty of styles are danced solo, and even partner-based Latin classes often rotate dancers so you can join alone. You do not need to bring anyone to take part.
Comfortable clothing you can move in freely is ideal, with smooth-soled shoes for turning. Avoid stiff footwear that grips the floor and makes spins awkward.
Prices vary between venues and formats, so it is best to ask directly. Many places offer a taster rate before you commit to a course.
Salsa and other simple Latin styles are popular first choices because the basic step repeats and is quick to grasp. The best fit is really the music that most makes you want to move.
