Tappy Toes Wimborne was founded in 2002 by two experienced dance teachers, Anna and Toby. With a passion for teaching children to dance, they set out to create a unique and fun learning experience for children of all ages. Since then, Tappy Toes has grown to become one of the leading dance schools in the UK, with multiple locations across the country.

Classes

Tappy Toes Wimborne offers a variety of classes for children of all ages. Our classes are designed to be both educational and entertaining, giving children the opportunity to explore their creativity while developing their physical skills. We offer classes for toddlers, pre-schoolers, and school-age children, as well as classes for adults.

Our toddler classes are designed for children aged 18 months to 3 years. These classes focus on developing basic motor skills, building confidence, and having fun. Our pre-school classes are for children aged 3 to 5 years. These classes focus on developing coordination, rhythm, and creativity. Our school-age classes are for children aged 5 to 11 years. These classes focus on developing technique, musicality, and performance skills.

We also offer adult classes for those who want to learn to dance or refine their existing skills. Our adult classes focus on technique, musicality, and performance skills.

Facilities

Tappy Toes Wimborne is located in the historic Band Hall in Kings Rd, Dorchester. Our spacious facility provides a safe and comfortable environment for our students to learn and practice their dance skills. We have a large dance studio with a sprung floor, a dressing room, and a viewing area for parents and guardians.
