Stagecoach Performing Arts Harpenden is a drama school located in Harpenden, UK. It offers a wide range of classes for children and young people aged 4-18. Our Classes

Stagecoach Harpenden offers a range of classes for children and young people aged 4-18. Our classes are divided into three age groups: Mini (4-6 years), Main (6-18 years) and Senior (16-18 years).

In our Mini classes, children will explore their creativity through music, movement, mime, improvisation and storytelling. Our Main classes provide a comprehensive introduction to the performing arts, covering singing, dancing and acting. In our Senior classes, students will be challenged to develop their performance skills and explore topics such as characterisation, script analysis and performance techniques.

Our Teachers

At Stagecoach Harpenden, we are proud to have a team of highly experienced and qualified teachers. Our teachers are passionate about the performing arts and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

All of our teachers are DBS checked and have received specialist training in child safeguarding and first aid. We also provide regular training and development opportunities for our teachers to ensure they are up to date with the latest teaching methods.

Our Facilities

Stagecoach Harpenden is located at Sir John Lawes School in Harpenden. We have two fully equipped studios, which are suitable for a variety of activities. The studios are equipped with professional sound and lighting systems and have sprung floors to ensure the safety of our students.

We also have a comfortable waiting area for parents and guardians, where they can relax while their children are in class.

Our Events

At Stagecoach Harpenden, we believe in giving our students the opportunity to perform and showcase their talents. We host a range of events throughout the year, including performances, workshops and showcases.

These events provide our students with the chance to gain experience in performing in front of an audience and to show off their skills. We also invite professional actors, directors and choreographers to our events to provide our students with an insight into the world of the performing arts.
