About Us

St Michael’s-on-Wyre Church of England Primary School is a friendly and welcoming primary school located in Preston, Lancashire. Our Curriculum

At St Michael’s-on-Wyre Church of England Primary School, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum which meets the needs of all our pupils. Our curriculum covers a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, Art, Design Technology, Music, Physical Education and Dance.

We believe that Dance is a valuable subject which can help to develop our pupils’ physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We offer a range of Dance classes for our pupils, including Ballroom, Latin, Street and Hip Hop. We also offer extra-curricular Dance activities, such as Dance competitions and performances.

Our Facilities
