The Shelley Dobson School of Dance is a dance school based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Founded in 1993, the school has a long history of providing high quality dance instruction to students of all ages and abilities.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow in the art of dance. We strive to provide the highest quality instruction and encourage our students to reach their full potential.

Our Team

The Shelley Dobson School of Dance is led by Shelley Dobson, a highly experienced and qualified teacher and choreographer. Shelley has been teaching dance for over 25 years and has been running the school since its inception.

The school also has a number of experienced instructors and assistants who are dedicated to providing the best possible dance instruction to our students.

Our Classes

The Shelley Dobson School of Dance offers a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Ballroom. We also offer private lessons and group classes.

Our Facilities

The Shelley Dobson School of Dance is located at Benfield Sports Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne. The school is equipped with a full-size professional dance floor, a sound system, and mirrored walls.
