Sapnay from Harrow is the UK’s premier ballroom dance school, offering classes for all ages and abilities. Located in the heart of Harrow, just outside London, Sapnay from Harrow has been providing high-quality dance instruction since 2008. Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to helping dancers of all levels reach their full potential.

Our Mission

At Sapnay from Harrow, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of ballroom dancing. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our students to learn, grow, and have fun. We strive to create an atmosphere of inclusivity and support, where everyone feels comfortable to express themselves and explore their creativity.

Our Classes

At Sapnay from Harrow, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes include:

• Beginner Ballroom and Latin Dancing
• Intermediate Ballroom and Latin Dancing
• Advanced Ballroom and Latin Dancing
• Dance-Fitness Classes
• Social Dancing Classes
• Specialty Dance Classes (e.g. Salsa, Tango, etc.)

Our classes are designed to help our students develop their technique and confidence, while having fun and making new friends. Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.

Our Facilities

Sapnay from Harrow is located in the heart of Harrow, just outside London. Our facility is equipped with two large, air-conditioned studios, equipped with sprung wooden floors and sound systems. We also have a fully-stocked bar and lounge area, where our students can relax and socialize.
