Overview
Salsa-Amor is a passionate and vibrant dance school based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Our mission is to provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for people of all ages and abilities to learn and enjoy Latin dance and culture. We offer a variety of classes, including Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Cha Cha Cha, Merengue, Zouk, and more, as well as private lessons and socials. We also organise regular events, such as workshops, performances, and parties. Our teachers are experienced and knowledgeable, and our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers.
History
Salsa-Amor was founded in 2006 by two passionate dancers, Maria and Pedro. They wanted to create a space for people to come together and enjoy Latin dance and culture. Since then, we have grown to become one of the leading dance schools in the UK and have taught thousands of students. We have also organised numerous events and performances, and have become a hub for Latin dance in the North East.
Our Team
At Salsa-Amor, we believe that dance should be accessible to everyone. Our team of experienced and knowledgeable teachers are passionate about sharing their love of Latin dance with our students. We strive to create a fun and friendly atmosphere, and our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers.

Salsa-Amor is located at the Newcastle Arts Centre, The Black Swan, 67 Westgate Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1SG. We are open 7 days a week, and our classes run from 6pm to 9pm.
