The Pilbeam Academy of Dance was founded in the spring of 2003 by the owner and director, Steve Pilbeam. Steve has been teaching dance for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in the field. He has trained with some of the best teachers in the UK and has a passion for dance and for teaching.

Our Philosophy

At Pilbeam Academy of Dance, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn to dance. We strive to provide a safe and friendly environment where dancers of all ages and abilities can learn and enjoy the art of dance. Our teaching style is based on positive reinforcement and encouragement, helping our students to reach their full potential. We believe in having fun while we learn and strive to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Classes

The Pilbeam Academy of Dance offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. We teach all forms of dance, including Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap and more. Our classes are tailored to suit the individual needs of each student, from beginner to advanced.

Private Lessons
