Peak Ballet is an esteemed training centre for ballet located in Matlock, in the heart of Derbyshire. We are a leading provider of ballet classes in the UK, offering a wide range of courses, workshops, and performances. Our History

Peak Ballet was founded in 2008 by experienced dancer and choreographer, Mary Smith. Mary has been teaching ballet for over 25 years and has a passion for helping young dancers reach their highest potential. She has trained many professional dancers and choreographers, and her students have gone on to perform in some of the most prestigious ballet companies in the world.

Peak Ballet quickly became one of the most sought-after ballet schools in the UK, offering a wide range of classes for all levels of dancers. We are proud to have been featured in many magazines and newspapers, and have been featured on the BBC, ITV, and Sky News.

Our Classes

At Peak Ballet, we offer a wide range of classes for all levels of dancers. Our classes are designed to help each student reach their highest potential as a dancer, regardless of their age or experience level. We offer classes for children, teens, and adults, and our classes range from beginner to advanced levels.

We also offer a variety of workshops to help our students develop their skills. Our workshops are designed to help our students learn and practice the fundamentals of ballet, including technique, performance, and choreography.
