Our History

Northern Dance School was founded in 1997 by two local dance enthusiasts, John and Mary Smith. After seeing the need for a quality dance school in the area, they decided to open their own studio. Since then, the school has grown to become one of the most popular and successful dance schools in the North of England.

We also believe that dance should be fun, and we strive to make sure that our classes are enjoyable for all involved.

Our Classes

At Northern Dance School, we offer a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes include Ballroom, Latin American, and Street Dance, as well as classes for children, teens, and adults. We also offer private lessons and group classes.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are all experienced and knowledgeable in their respective fields. They are passionate about helping our students reach their full potential and strive to create a positive learning environment. All of our instructors are certified and have undergone rigorous background checks.

Our Facilities

At Northern Dance School, we have a spacious, well-equipped studio, complete with a sprung floor, mirrors, and a sound system. We also have comfortable seating for our students and a changing area.
