Marija Belly Dance was founded in 2006 by Marija, a professional belly dancer with more than 15 years of experience. Marija had always been passionate about dancing and wanted to share her knowledge and love of the art form with others. She opened the school in Nottingham to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for people of all ages and abilities to learn to dance.

Since then, the school has grown and developed into one of the leading belly dance schools in the UK. We have expanded our class offerings to include a wide range of styles and levels, from beginner to advanced. We also host regular workshops and events, and our instructors regularly perform at events and festivals throughout the UK.
