Introduction

The Marian Lane School of Dance is a professional dance school based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. We offer a wide range of classes and activities for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced dancers. Our aim is to inspire and motivate our students to achieve their full potential in the world of dance.

History

The Marian Lane School of Dance was established in the late 1990s by Marian Lane, a passionate and experienced dancer. With her extensive knowledge of the dance world, she created a school that would provide quality teaching and a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all her students.

For over 20 years, the school has grown from strength to strength, with more and more students discovering the joys of dance and the many benefits of being part of the Marian Lane School of Dance family.

Our Facilities

The Marian Lane School of Dance is located in the Community Centre in Woodlands Hall in Newcastle upon Tyne. We have two large studios, each equipped with a full range of equipment and a sound system. We also have a changing room and a reception area.
