Little Stars from Newcastle upon Tyne is a performing arts and dance school offering a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. We provide a safe and fun environment for both children and adults to learn and enjoy dance.

Our classes are taught by a team of highly experienced and qualified teachers and we offer a wide range of styles from ballroom, Latin, and contemporary to street, hip-hop and jazz. We also have a range of classes for those who want to take their dancing to the next level, such as our competitive classes and workshops.

We offer classes in two locations – our main studio in Swalwell Community Centre in Whickham, Newcastle upon Tyne and our Boreham Road studio in Great Leighs, Chelmsford. We also offer private lessons for those who wish to have more individual attention.

At Little Stars, we are passionate about helping our students reach their full potential and develop their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. We believe in providing a positive and nurturing atmosphere in which our students can learn, grow and thrive.

Our aim is to inspire our students to reach their goals and have fun while doing so. We strive to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and support and to provide our students with the best possible learning experience.

We believe that dance is a great way to stay active and healthy, to make friends, and to express yourself. We hope that our students will develop a love for dance and will carry that love with them for life.

Our Teachers

At Little Stars, we are proud to have a team of highly experienced and qualified teachers. Our teachers are passionate about dance and are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential.

Our teachers have a wide range of experience and qualifications, including degrees in dance, teaching qualifications, and experience in performing and competing. Our teachers are also trained in first aid and child protection.

Our Facilities

Our main studio is located in Swalwell Community Centre in Whickham, Newcastle upon Tyne. Our Boreham Road studio in Great Leighs, Chelmsford is also available for classes. Both studios are equipped with sprung floors, sound systems, and mirrors to ensure the best possible learning experience for our students.
