Our History

Highams School of Dancing was founded in 1967 by the late Mr. Highams. He was a passionate and dedicated teacher who believed that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy and art of dance. He was committed to providing quality instruction in a safe and supportive environment.

Since then, Highams School of Dancing has grown to become one of the most respected and well-known dance schools in the UK. We have an experienced and dedicated team of instructors who are passionate about teaching dance. We offer a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced dancers.

Our Facilities

Highams School of Dancing is located in the heart of London, close to public transport links. We have three spacious and well-equipped studios, each with sprung flooring, mirrors, and sound systems. Our studios are perfect for all types of dance classes and performances.

We also have a comfortable lounge area for students to relax and socialise between classes. Our lounge area is equipped with a TV, games, and refreshments.
