Glendarragh Academy of Irish Dance is a professional dance company based in Derby, UK. Founded in 2004, the academy has been providing quality Irish dance instruction for over a decade. The academy has grown to become one of the most respected and well-known Irish dance schools in the UK.

The academy is owned and operated by the highly-qualified and experienced Irish dance teacher, Fiona O’Reilly. With a wealth of experience in teaching Irish dance, Fiona has developed a unique and comprehensive program that allows students to progress from beginners to advanced level.

Our Classes

Glendarragh Academy of Irish Dance offers a variety of classes for all levels of Irish dance. We offer classes for children, teens, and adults. Our classes range from beginner to advanced level and include traditional Irish dance, step dance, and ceili.

Beginner Classes

Our Facilities

Glendarragh Academy of Irish Dance is located at the Irish Centre in Derby. Our facilities are equipped with a sprung floor, mirrors, and a sound system. We also have a spacious changing area, as well as a comfortable waiting area for parents.
