History

Gem’s Dance Academy was founded in 2001 by Gemma Smith, a former professional dancer and choreographer. Gemma had a vision of creating a place where people of all ages and abilities could learn to dance in a fun and friendly environment. Since then, Gem’s Dance Academy has grown to become one of the most respected dance schools in the UK, with a strong reputation for excellence.

Classes

At Gem’s Dance Academy, we offer a wide range of classes for all levels and ages. Our classes are designed to be fun and engaging, so that each student can develop their skills and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

We offer a range of classes for adults, including Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Street Dance, Bollywood, Ballet, Tap, and Contemporary. We also offer classes for children aged 4-12, including Ballet, Tap, Street Dance, and Creative Movement.

Events

Gem’s Dance Academy also hosts regular social events, giving students the opportunity to practice their new skills and meet new people. We also hold regular competitions and performances, giving our students the chance to show off their hard work and dedication.
