I started going dancing with my (now) wife at Flow Dance a couple of years ago as a birthday present to her and we've not stopped since.
The classes cater for people of all abilities and the inductors are friendly and clear. The classes for beginners and intermediates with Elena are easy to understand and you feel no pressure no matter how good/bad you think you are!!! The advanced classes look amazing and the number of talented dancers attending those is really inspiring.
We were delighted to have our wedding dance choreographed by Elena from Flow Dance and all the guests at our wedding wer— Ben Pilling
My partner and I attended a social night event in Oct 2021, the flow dance team created the perfect environment for everyone to join and enjoy the night. Live performances from students and professionals, followed by group sessions for everyone independent from our level. We even participated in a friendly Jive competition! My partner was so in love with what she saw that now she is attending group sessions every week! Definitely recommended, and we'll be back on the next social night! Thank you!— Ander Caneda

Salsa is easy to begin, with a basic step most people manage in one class, and it grows richer as you add turns. Social-level dancing usually comes within a few weeks of regular practice.
Yes, and classes here cater to people of all abilities, including total beginners. The fundamentals are taught from the start.
Adults can certainly learn ballet, developing posture and coordination over time. This studio focuses on partner and social dancing, so ballet would be pursued at a dedicated school.
No age is too late to enjoy ballet recreationally. It offers rewards to the body and mind whenever you take it up.
Typical basics are the grapevine, the shuffle, the pivot turn, the kick-ball-change and the heel dig. They combine into the routines you see danced socially.
A short four-wall dance built on repeating basics is the usual gentle start. Since the studio focuses on partner dancing, contact them to hear what styles they run.
