It is; adult ballet classes welcome those starting fresh and those returning after years away. Progress comes with regular practice and no earlier training is assumed.

What age is too late to start ballet?

There is no upper age for enjoying ballet recreationally, and adults take it up at every stage of life. Only professional training carries age limits; classes for pleasure are open to all.

What is the easiest line dance to learn for beginners?

Simple dances like the cha-cha slide rely on few steps and lots of repetition. They are a gentle way to get used to moving with a group.
