Welcome to Emily’s Dance Academy – EDA, the premier dance school in New Malden and the surrounding areas. Established in 2020 by professional dancer Emily Smith, EDA offers a range of dance classes for all ages and abilities. From beginners to advanced, we have something for everyone.

At EDA, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our students. Our classes are taught by experienced and passionate instructors, and we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy themselves. We believe that learning to dance can be a great way to build confidence, make friends, and have fun!

Ballroom

Our ballroom classes are perfect for those who want to learn the basics of ballroom dancing, as well as those looking to improve their technique. Our experienced instructors will teach you the steps and techniques of the waltz, foxtrot, tango, and more.

Latin

Our Latin classes are great for those who want to learn the basics of Latin dancing, as well as those looking to improve their technique. Our experienced instructors will teach you the steps and techniques of the cha-cha, samba, rumba, and more.

Hip-hop

Our hip-hop classes are perfect for those who want to learn the basics of hip-hop dancing, as well as those looking to improve their technique. Our experienced instructors will teach you the steps and techniques of hip-hop, as well as the latest trends and moves.

Dance Performance

Our dance performance classes are perfect for those who want to learn how to perform on stage. Our experienced instructors will teach you the basics of stage presence, as well as how to express yourself through movement.
