Dance Up (The Hampshire Dance Trust) is a non-profit organisation and training provider, based in Havant, Hampshire. We are dedicated to developing and promoting dance in the UK, and our mission is to bring together people of all ages and abilities to enjoy and learn about dance.

Our History

Dance Up (The Hampshire Dance Trust) was founded in 2005 by a group of local dancers who wanted to create a space for people to come together and learn about the art of dance. Since then, we have grown to become a leading provider of dance training in the UK, with a network of over 1000 members.

Our Services

At Dance Up (The Hampshire Dance Trust), we offer a variety of services to help people learn and enjoy dance. We have classes for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced, and offer a range of styles, including ballroom, Latin, salsa, and contemporary. We also provide private lessons, workshops, and events, as well as hosting regular social dances and competitions.

Our Facilities

We are based at The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre in Havant, and have a range of facilities to support our activities. Our studio is fully equipped with a sprung dance floor, mirrors, and sound system, and we have a variety of costumes, props, and other equipment to support our classes and events.

We are proud to have a team of experienced and passionate dance professionals, who are dedicated to helping our members develop their skills and enjoy the art of dance. Our instructors are all highly qualified, and have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing.
