Dance Dynamic have so many great dance classes! Jill is a talented and patient teacher. She breaks the steps down into sections so that everything is made easy and fun. I can see myself improving bit by bit. The music and dancing always lift my spirits. I've been dancing with Dance Dynamic since April and my level of fitness has grown, I'm now super strong and as I'm working full time from home I need the dancing evrn more, to counteract the effects on my posture of continual computer work.
