Our History

Cygnets Ballet from Shingle was founded in 1995 by professional dancer and teacher, Sarah Petrie. Since then, the school has grown from a small group of dedicated students to a thriving community of dancers. Our classes are taught by highly qualified teachers, many of whom are former students of the school.

Our Classes

At Cygnets Ballet from Shingle, we offer a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes include:

• Pre-School Ballet (ages 3-4)
• Primary Ballet (ages 5-7)
• Intermediate Ballet (ages 8-11)
• Advanced Ballet (ages 12+)
• Adult Ballet (ages 16+)

We also offer private lessons for those who wish to take their ballet training to the next level. Our teachers are experienced in working with students of all ages and abilities, and will tailor the lesson to suit the individual’s needs.

Our Facilities
