Welcome to Colasanto Academy of Dance, Swansea’s premier dance school. Our mission is to provide quality dance instruction and performance opportunities for our students. We offer classes in a variety of dance styles, from classical ballet to hip-hop, and our instructors are experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping our students reach their goals.

Our History

Colasanto Academy of Dance was founded in 2004 by professional dancer and choreographer, Marco Colasanto. With a passion for dance and a desire to share his knowledge and expertise, Marco opened the school with the goal of providing quality dance instruction to the people of Swansea. Since then, the school has grown to become one of the most respected and successful dance schools in the area.

Our Classes

At Colasanto Academy of Dance, we offer classes for all levels of experience. Our beginner classes are designed to give students a solid foundation in the basics of dance, while our intermediate and advanced classes focus on refining technique and building performance skills. We also offer classes in a variety of dance styles, including classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, and more.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping our students reach their goals. They have a wealth of knowledge in a variety of dance styles and are passionate about inspiring and motivating their students. All of our instructors have undergone rigorous training and certification, and are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Our Facilities

Colasanto Academy of Dance is located at Pentre Hafod School House in Swansea. Our facilities include a large dance studio with sprung floors and a full-length wall of mirrors, as well as a comfortable waiting area for parents and guardians. We also have changing rooms and showers for our students’ convenience.

Our Events

At Colasanto Academy of Dance, we believe in providing our students with performance opportunities. We host several events throughout the year, including our annual student showcase and our end-of-year recital. We also offer workshops and master classes with renowned guest instructors.
