I attended my First Class last night and OMG was I really nervous, but Tina soon settled my nerves and helped me to relax, I felt silly at first but I tried my hardest and had lots of laughs with the other ladies in the class. I can't understand why I was so scared to pluck up the courage to join before. By the end of the class I could already feel the old confident me starting to emerge.
