Blaze Performing Arts from Blyth is a school of performing arts based in the North East of England. Founded in 2009, Blaze Performing Arts provides a wide range of classes in dance, music, and theatre for children and adults of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to provide quality teaching and performance opportunities in a safe and welcoming environment.

Our Classes

At Blaze Performing Arts, we offer classes in a variety of dance styles, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop and breakdance. We also offer classes in music and theatre, including singing, acting, and musical theatre. Our classes are taught by highly experienced and dedicated teachers who are passionate about the arts and committed to helping our students reach their full potential.

Our Facilities

Blaze Performing Arts is based in a purpose-built facility in Blyth, with two large studios for dance and theatre classes, and a music room for our music classes. Our facility is fully equipped with the latest sound and lighting equipment for our performances, and we have a dedicated team of technicians to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Our Performances

At Blaze Performing Arts, we believe that performance is an essential part of the learning process. We give our students the opportunity to perform in a variety of shows throughout the year, including our annual summer show, and our Christmas and Easter performances. We also offer our students the chance to take part in external competitions and festivals.

Our Community

At Blaze Performing Arts, we are committed to providing our students with a sense of community and belonging. We offer regular social events, such as movie nights and BBQs, to give our students the chance to make friends and have fun. We also have a dedicated team of volunteers who help to run our classes and performances, and we are always looking for new volunteers to join our team.
