Arthurs Mason Irish Dance Company is a leading Irish dance school in Newcastle upon Tyne. We provide a range of classes for all ages and abilities in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our History

Arthurs Mason Irish Dance Company was founded in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1994. The school was established by Arthur Mason, a renowned Irish dance teacher and former Irish dance champion. Arthur’s passion for Irish dancing and his dedication to teaching has seen the school grow from strength to strength over the years.

Our Classes

We offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to be fun and engaging, while also teaching the fundamentals of Irish dancing. We have classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced dancers. We also offer regular masterclasses and workshops with guest teachers from around the world.

Our Instructors

Our Facilities

We have a fully equipped dance studio with sprung wooden floors, mirrors and barres. We also have a large changing room and a reception area. Our studio is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Our Events

We regularly host a range of events, such as competitions, workshops and performances. Our events are open to all our dancers, and we strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all our participants. We also offer private lessons for those who want to take their dancing to the next level.
