About Us

Aberdeen Academy of Dance is a dance school based in the heart of Aberdeen, Scotland. We are passionate about teaching and inspiring our students to reach their full potential in a positive and supportive environment. We offer a wide range of classes for all ages from preschoolers to adults. Our classes include Ballroom, Latin, Street, Freestyle and Ballet. We also offer classes in fitness, musical theatre and contemporary dance.

Our experienced and qualified teachers are dedicated to helping our students become confident and skilled dancers. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all our students. Our goal is to provide quality dance education, while nurturing the love of dance in our students.

Our Classes

At Aberdeen Academy of Dance, we offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to help our students reach their full potential in a fun and supportive environment. We have classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced dancers.

Our Ballroom and Latin classes are designed to teach our students the fundamentals of these two popular dance styles. We teach a range of dances including waltz, tango, cha cha, rumba, salsa, samba and jive.

We also offer Street Dance classes for those who want to learn the latest hip hop moves. Our Freestyle classes are perfect for those who want to learn a variety of different dance styles in one class. Our Ballet classes are designed for those who want to learn the basics of this beautiful dance style.

We also offer classes in fitness, musical theatre and contemporary dance. Our classes are designed to help our students develop their technique and confidence. Our experienced and qualified teachers are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential.

Our Facilities

At Aberdeen Academy of Dance, we are proud to offer a range of facilities to our students. Our studio is fully equipped with a sprung wooden floor, mirrors and a sound system. We also have a reception area, changing rooms and a café.

Our reception area is open seven days a week and is staffed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have a range of merchandise available for purchase, including dancewear, shoes and accessories.

Our changing rooms are equipped with lockers and showers. Our café is open before and after classes and serves a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
