A B C Ballroom is one of the UK’s leading ballroom dance schools. Located in Leicester, we offer classes for all levels of dancers, from complete beginners to advanced competitors. Our team of experienced instructors are passionate about helping our students reach their dancing goals, whether that’s mastering a particular dance style, competing in competitions, or just having fun and learning something new.

Our History

A B C Ballroom was established in 1999 by two passionate dancers, Alice and Bob, who wanted to share their love of ballroom dancing with others. Since then, we have grown to become one of the most respected ballroom dance schools in the UK. We are proud to have taught thousands of dancers over the years, helping them to reach their goals and achieve their dreams.

Our Facilities

At A B C Ballroom, we are dedicated to providing the best possible learning environment for our students. We have a spacious, fully-equipped dance studio with a sprung floor, a sound system, and plenty of mirrors. Our instructors are experienced and knowledgeable, and are always available to answer questions and provide feedback. We also have a comfortable waiting area for parents and friends to relax in while their loved ones are dancing.

Our Classes

We offer a wide range of classes for all levels of dancers, from absolute beginners to advanced competitors. Our classes are designed to help our students progress at their own pace, with each class tailored to the individual’s needs. We offer classes in all the major ballroom styles, including waltz, tango, foxtrot, and cha-cha. We also offer classes in Latin styles such as rumba, samba, and jive.

Competitions and Events

At A B C Ballroom, we also offer our students the opportunity to participate in competitions and events. We have a team of experienced instructors who are on hand to help our students prepare for competitions. We also host regular social events, such as practice dances and dinner dances, which are a great way to meet other dancers and have fun.

A B C Ballroom is located in Leicester, in the heart of the UK. We are conveniently located just minutes away from the city centre, making it easy for our students to get to and from classes. We are also just a short drive away from the M1, making it easy for our students from outside of Leicester to reach us.
