Innovation offers dance classes in London spanning styles for children and adults, with street dance among the options young dancers particularly love. Depending on the timetable you may find ballet classes London families value, adult dance classes London newcomers can join and energetic group routines. While the focus leans towards contemporary and street styles rather than salsa classes London social dancers seek, the range is broad. Innovation Dance is truly a wonderful dance school with a very committed team of talented teachers who really bring the best out of the children and help enhance their dance ability as well as their personal development. A big thank-you to Emma, Zoe & ID team and, with their amazing support and assistance, my son’s passion for dance has continued to grow since he started in 2015. Over the years he has gained not only physical strength but also more self-confidence, independence, and concentration and has learnt sportsmanship and team spirit, and this has helped him achieve greater results at s— Mieko Kasuya

Emma and crew have been fantastic supporting her through any tough times she had experienced.my daughter loves the street dance and loves the troup. She has made many friends as the group is a kind and fun way to socialise after school. During covid innovation dance was amazing providing zoom lessons and interacting so much that she never felt alone. I have started to join the adult classes at Innovation Dance Academy since last June 2017. I am so happy and impressed with Innovation Dance. The classes always start on time, price is exceptional reasonable, teachers are very patient and friendly. I always love dancing, but being an adult, so self-conscious with no confidence to dance in front of the others. However, the teachers at Innovation Dance are very supportive and encouraging. No matter you are an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, you will have so much fun at Innovation. Now I go to the adult classes 4 to 5 times a week. A— Pui Pui Hau
Innovation dance school is one of the most amazing dance school in ealing. Both my girls have been a member for as long as We can remember and they are loving it. Emma & Zoe are both beautiful souls, inclusive and highly supportive of our girls and other members of the dance group. The dance school has won many awards through competition. It was through the school that my eldest daughter (Jo) got her first opportunity to appear in her own first movie. We can’t sing their praises enough. Emma and Zoe you are no small thing. We truly appreciate all you do😍🥰. Maria & Seyi. X— Seyi K
The basic salsa step is quick to pick up, while timing and turns take more practice. A dedicated beginner salsa class is the best place to start.
Yes, most people in a beginner salsa class have never danced before. The steps are taught in small pieces so you build confidence gradually.
Certainly, adults take up ballet for its strength, posture and control, and beginner classes assume no experience. You progress at a comfortable pace.
It is never too late; adults begin ballet purely for enjoyment and fitness. Classes are designed around pleasure rather than exams.
Common moves include the grapevine, step-touch, kick-ball-change, pivot turn and shuffle. Line dances are largely these steps in different orders.
Short four-wall dances with repeating steps are the easiest to start with. A teacher will choose beginner-friendly routines so you can join in.
