Our Mission

At Hengoed Community Centre, our mission is to provide a place for people to come together and enjoy the many benefits of dance and fitness. We strive to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive, and that encourages everyone to get involved in the activities we offer. We also aim to promote the importance of physical activity and promote the positive impact that dance and fitness can have on both physical and mental health.

Our Facilities

We offer a range of facilities and activities for people of all ages and abilities. Our main dance studio is fully equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, and a sound system, and is suitable for a range of different dance styles. We also have a fitness studio with a range of equipment, including treadmills, weights, and exercise bikes. We also have a café, which serves hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals.

Our Classes

At Hengoed Community Centre we offer a range of classes for all levels and abilities. Our classes are taught by experienced and dedicated instructors who are passionate about dance and fitness. We offer classes in a variety of styles, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip hop. We also offer a range of fitness classes, such as aerobics, Zumba, and yoga.

Our Events
