Havana Nights Salsa is a dance school, dance hall and entertainment centre in Leicester, UK. We are dedicated to bringing the spirit of Latin dance to the city. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to learn, practice and enjoy Latin dance.

Our History

Havana Nights Salsa was founded in 2012 by two passionate dancers, Juan and Maria. After many years of teaching and performing Latin dance, they wanted to create a place where people could come together and share their love of Latin dance. The first Havana Nights Salsa studio opened in a small studio in Leicester, and since then we have grown to become one of the most popular Latin dance schools in the UK.

Our Classes

At Havana Nights Salsa, we offer a variety of classes for all levels and ages. Our classes are taught by experienced instructors who are passionate about Latin dance and are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, we have a class for you.

We offer classes in a variety of Latin dance styles, including salsa, bachata, merengue, cha-cha, rumba and more. Our classes are designed to help you improve your technique, build your confidence and develop your style.

Our Events

At Havana Nights Salsa, we believe that dancing is best enjoyed with friends. That’s why we host a variety of events throughout the year, including social dances, workshops, competitions and more. Our events are a great way to meet new people, practice your moves and have fun.

Our Venue

Our venue, the Jam Jar, is located in the heart of Leicester. It’s a vibrant and welcoming space that’s perfect for learning and enjoying Latin dance. The Jam Jar is equipped with a large dance floor, a bar and a lounge area. We also have a DJ booth, a stage for performances and a fully-stocked bar.
