Our History

Academy Theatre Arts was founded in Worcester in 2002 by a group of local theatre and dance enthusiasts. The company has grown steadily over the years and is now one of the leading centres for performing arts in the UK.

Our Courses and Classes

At Academy Theatre Arts we offer a range of courses and classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, musical theatre, drama, singing and music. We also offer a range of specialist courses such as acting for camera, audition technique and stage combat.

Our Facilities

Our main facility is Academy House, located in the heart of Worcester. This purpose-built centre is equipped with two studios, a theatre, a music room and a library. We also have a range of additional facilities including a café, a shop and a student lounge.
