Legacy Dance Academy is a dance school based in Whitley Bay, UK. Founded in 2020, the Academy offers a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced dancers.

Mission

Legacy Dance Academy is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all students to learn, practice, and perfect their dancing skills. We strive to create a positive atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and supported while they explore the world of dance.

Classes

Legacy Dance Academy offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. We have classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced dancers. Our classes include:

• Tap
• Jazz
• Contemporary
• Hip-Hop
• Latin Dance
• Ballroom
• Swing

We also offer private lessons, group classes, and workshops.

Facilities

Legacy Dance Academy is based in two locations in Whitley Bay. Our main studio is located in St Michael’s Avenue and our second studio is located in the Community Centre in Seghill. Both studios are fully equipped with mirrors, dance floors, and sound systems.

Teachers

Our teachers are all highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. All of our teachers are passionate about dance and are committed to helping students reach their full potential.

Events

Legacy Dance Academy hosts a variety of events throughout the year. These include workshops, competitions, and performances. Our events are open to all levels of dancers and are a great way to meet other dancers and learn new skills.
