Me and my (now) husband had classes with the amazing Carmen Hawkins for our wedding here. My husband has never danced in his life and so we knew we needed some lessons in order to get at least something for the wedding's first dance. We had three one-hour sessions with Carmen and by the end of them, we had an over four minute routine that wowed our guests and had two lifts in it (upon my request)!
