Really great dance school! Everyone is so welcoming when you arrive so you feel at ease. There is a range of good competitive and social classes that cater to even beginners and Jonathan (one of the teachers) is very engaging, friendly, and quick to provide helpful guidance.
Socials on the last Saturday of every month are also run by Jonathan and there’s usually homemade cake up for grabs!! He does a great job of involving everyone no matter what their ability, and makes it enjoyable for all.
Would really recommend!— Hattie Partner

I highly recommend Jonathan and he has truly opened up my eyes to the world of dancing.— Judi Baldock
I brought an individual dance lesson for me and my partner with Jonathan. As complete beginners, we were both a bit nervous. However, in no time Jonathan got us dancing! His clear enthusiasm to help you learn is infectious. We have continued to have our lessons with Jonathan and have already seen a quick progression with his fantastic teaching. Looking forward to more in the future!— Christopher Kernahan
An extremely nice venue, Richard the owner and the dance instructors are always pleased to see you. The monthly social dances are really good.
If you are interested in Ballroom and Latin dance
Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
Even if you are a beginner or new to ballroom and or Latin dance. You will be made very welcome. Just returned home from a very evening dance— Roger Cole
Salsa starts off easy because the basic step is short and repeats, so the timing soon becomes second nature. From there it is a matter of practice as you add turns and styling.
Yes, salsa classes are built for people with no dance background at all. You begin with the footwork and progress gradually, so there is nothing to know in advance.
Many adults take up ballet and enjoy the posture, strength and control it develops. If adult ballet runs here, it will be paced for grown-up beginners rather than treated as a childhood pursuit.
For a hobby there is no age that is too late, and adults of all ages take real pleasure in it. Only a professional career has a narrow window; enjoyment and fitness have none.
Foundational moves include the grapevine, the shuffle, kicks, the pivot turn and simple forward and back walks. Combine a few and you can follow most beginner routines.
Short, repetitive four-wall dances are the easiest, as the sequence keeps returning until it sticks. The studio can suggest a beginner dance to start with if it is on the timetable.
