I haven't been here for years! I loved it and am so disappointed with myself for quitting because 3 friends I used to bring along quit 😔 Honestly… dancing at the N.I.A was thr moment of my life at just aged 9! (Almost 11 years ago) It's cozy and Frankie(?) Frances(?) is 🤩😍 The teachers were IT. I have been trying to find my old school for years now but as a kid, not known the name of it. Thank god to people filming our NIA performance and putting it on YouTube. I wish to come back so bad but have no transport 😖 I would 100% recommend. Kids LOVE this dance school. Is it possible to learn ballet as an adult?

It is, and adult ballet is a great way to build posture and control later in life. Classes begin from the fundamentals at a comfortable pace.

What age is too late to start ballet?

For enjoyment and steady improvement, no age is too late to start. Only a professional career depends on beginning young.

What are 5 basic steps in line dancing?

Typical moves include the grapevine, step-touch, kick-ball-change, pivot turn and shuffle. Line dances simply recombine these familiar steps.

What is the easiest line dance to learn for beginners?

Dances with short, repeating patterns are the easiest to begin with as the sequence comes back quickly. Ask the centre which routine best suits a beginner.
