Excellent classes, you learn how to really dance, leading and following, rather than just learning 'set piece' moves. There is some focus on style and technique, but these things are important and you'll learn fun stuff too. Beginners may find their first lesson a challenge, as not everyone in the class is a total beginner, but they'll soon catch up and get the hang of it all.
