Wanting to learn ballroom dancing I tried Michael’s beginners dance class on Wednesday nights at Dance Attic. From the very moment, I loved it; the lessons were very enjoyable and filled with a great mix of people.

18 months on, I’m now at the Improvers/Silver level, thanks to Michael. He is a great teacher and I’ve learnt a lot from him. I think he has a real talent for teaching, and for nurturing his students’ abilities. I always look forward to Friday nights’ classes, and to learning a little more each time.

I joined Michael's ballroom dancing class as a very diffident beginner a year and a half ago. His passion for his work, his patience and his dedication to his pupils are truly amazing! Always so generous with his time, he never rushes but carefully guides you through every step until you know the routine. I can't believe that I managed to progress to a more advanced class, I certainly never thought it would happen so quickly! It is all thanks to Michael's excellent teaching and his genuine commitment to his pupils.

Being taught to dance by such a wonderful soul who truly love his art has been an inspiration to me. Learning to dance such dances as the Waltz and Jive has given me a inner confidence that allowed me to attend the classes by myself. I have been going to Thomas Michael's classes for some time now, and I have to say it has helped me discover I don't actually have two left feet! I have learnt that everyone can dance, and have also made great friends. Michael's classes are very enjoyable and they make you feel like you have achieved something, even after the first few lessons. The tecnique is looked into in much detail and Michael's experience and sense of humor make the class a great value for money experience. Since I started I have already taken my bronze exams, and although I have moved to a more advanced class, I still e— Sebastian Castro
