Our Mission

At Academy Street Dance Studio, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our students to learn and develop their dance skills. We strive to create a space where dancers of all ages and abilities can come together to express themselves and grow in confidence. We believe in the power of dance to bring people together, to inspire creativity and to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Our History

Academy Street Dance Studio was founded in Aberdeen in 2012 by a passionate group of dancers and dance teachers. We have since grown to become one of the most respected dance schools in the city, offering a wide range of classes for students of all ages and levels. Our teachers are highly experienced and qualified, and we offer classes in a variety of styles including ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap and hip-hop.

Our Facilities

At Academy Street Dance Studio, we have a spacious and modern facility with two large dance studios, a changing room and a reception area. We are fully equipped with the latest sound and lighting equipment, as well as a range of props and accessories to help bring each class to life. Our studios are also equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, and air conditioning to ensure that our students can learn and practice in comfort.

Our Classes

At Academy Street Dance Studio, we offer a range of classes for both children and adults. Our classes are designed to be fun and inspiring, and our teachers are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. We offer classes for beginners, as well as more advanced classes for those with more experience. We also offer private tuition for those who want to focus on specific styles or techniques.
